This site was designed using xHTML and CSS, and tested in the latest versions of the Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox Web browsers. The menus are completely CSS-driven (except in IE, where some JavaScript is required). The header is Flash, with an option to be displayed as a static image (see the Preferences sidebar).

3 color schemes (or skins) were designed for this site, White, Light Grey, and Charcoal. Each visitor's color preference is stored in a site cookie, and set as each page is loaded via JavaScript which specifies one of three associated CSS files.

Designed by Scott Waletzko in the summer of 2005, this site is one of the first sites to be hosted by the Tempest content management system.
